Synopsis

Take a trip through the cosmos with Neil deGrasse Tyson. On this brief journey, you’ll learn a lot about this great, big, wondrous universe of ours.

Thoughts

This is a book for people in a hurry, so I’ll keep my thoughts brief: I liked it a lot.

Okay, maybe a little longer. I always enjoy books like this. Quick glimpses into the cosmos for the average person. A book written so you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to understand. I will always think of Carl Sagan as the godfather of popular (or popularizing) science due to his book and miniseries, Cosmos. But Neil deGrasse Tyson has firmly planted himself in my mind as the modern-day science popularizer (sort of how Bill Nye the Science Guy is the modern-day Mr. Wizard).

Conclusion

This was a great audiobook to listen to in an afternoon. It really runs the gamut of the cosmos in an easily digestible way. Easy 5 stars!
